"The condition of the cigars are awful, bought a cohiba Lonsdale and couldn’t smoke it 2 hours later as it was so dry. Perhaps the most unknowledgeable salespeople I have ever met in the cigar world. Go to swan pharmacy down the street, granted it’s a smaller selection buts it’s nicely curated and the condition is excellent."

"Decent selection for cigars if you are in a rush. Never buy a humidor or cigar case from this place, they have been sitting there forever and you pay $10-$40 more than you would online. I literally bought a 10 cigar herf-a-dor there because I was in a rush, and they charge $45.00, and literally on Thompsoncigars.com it is listed for $22.50. No loyalty rewards programs either. and no receipts are given, it is hand written and added up manually. so don't think you can return anything."

"I normally only leave good reviews but I’m fed up with this store. It is not even 6:30 pm and the sign on the store says open till 8:00 pm. This is not the first time this has happened. Besides the fact that their cigars are moderately-highly priced the selection is not that good. I will no longer be coming by this store. Either honor your hours or change them but stop misleading people."

"Walked in, a larger heavy set loud mouthed busybody local started running his mouth about me and my daughters (whether or not I was even there to spend money, as if it was any concern of his) just walking thru the door, I was ready at that point to turn around and spend my $100.00 somewhere else. Instead, I just got one one the worst $15 cigars I’d ever had. It fell apart, it was so dry. Yeah, not going back."
