"Bike fit went smoothly and quick. Bike selection is great from road to cruise or mountain. They have Cervelo, Bianchi, pinarello & specialized when I went. They have presumably more but I was only looking at road bikes. They even have the Dogma X in store. I would definitely come back again."

"I have had many excellent experiences with the goods and services here! This past Friday sealed the deal for me- I was having some real trouble changing my inner tube. Upshift was able to sell me a tube, told me the price for a tube change up front, and changed the tube. Not only that, the person helping me went above and beyond by (1) telling me the solution to the valve issue I was having, (2) removing some glass from my outer tire, and (3) making an adjustment to my rear brakes. I have another bike shop just down the street, but I go here because the service is just that much better."

"I had issues with this bike shop. After getting new wheels set up tubeless, I found carbon pieces inside the taped area (in both wheels) which caused a rattle. When I took the wheels back for correction, they insisted I bring the leftover tape, even after I informed them there wasn't enough left (they confirmed this when I gave them the tape). This required an extra trip on my part, which was inconvenient due to the distance. When they returned the wheels after re-taping, they were vague about the process they used. Given that proper taping can be a safety concern on a bike, this left me uneasy about their workmanship. The initial problem of leaving carbon pieces in the wheel, combined with their unclear communication on the re-taping, has made me question their quality of service. Being asked to make an additional trip just for leftover tape felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for bicycle services."

"I love how nice the staff here is and the mechanics look really knowledgeable, I brought my mountain bike in on 09/3/2023 and broke my derailur crashing into someone earlier that day, it was pretty bad but I walked in with my bike and they quickly diagnosed the condition of my bike and also they had a new derailer in stock for when they rebuild my derailur back together. So hopefully things go good and I can get back to riding again :)"

"Great bike shop and friendly staff. Other bike shops always give me attitude when I ask them to order bikes from the manufacturer, but they were happy not only to oblige, but also to show me exactly what inventory the manufacturer has. From the first phone call to picking up the bike it was speedy and smooth, just like my new bike. Update: I’m slightly disappointed at the service department. They couldn’t diagnose 2 bottom bracket issues and I ended up fixing it myself. They are also a bit backed up so it’s hard to get an appointment."
