Reviews
"Either very understaffed or very slow. I call for my prescription in the morning and several times have come early evening and it's still not ready. Also some of the assistants are unfriendly."
"I felt humiliated by Donica. She laughed at my prescription meds after reading it to me, and immediately stopped when she saw my reaction and didn't think its funny. Unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable for the very first time after 3 refills. :("
"I've always had friendly encounters with the associates at the desk or while my prescriptions are being filled. There is 1 or 2 workers there that are pretty rude but I've only ever dealt with them a couple times. Otherwise they have always been pleasant with me."
"The staff and management at this pharmacy are wonderful. They are very efficient, and caring. I have been to the Walmart Pharmacy in Wisconsin Rapids a couple times with terrible service and efficiency. The Walmart Pharmacy in Lake Delton is the complete opposite, they treat the customers just wonderful."
"Not only are they unorganized and inefficient on a good day the pharmacist uses often poor judgment when it comes to patient care. Is more concerned with deeming everybody drug addicts and developing excuses or course of action’s to make not only the patient/customer’s life let alone day more difficult then there is any rational reason to be but makes The patient’s healthcare team (meaning: Doctor/provider, nursing staff, and admin of the office) Way more difficult and filled with much more bureaucracy than there could ever be reason for. To be completely transparent in my opinion I believe that if the pharmacy technicians have that strong of an urge to treat patients they should’ve went to nursing school and if their pharmacists are really dying to be able and treat patients they should’ve went to med school but unfortunately here we are."
