"I would not recommend coming here for pricing. $137, not including tip, for 4 burgers, 2 shakes, and 2 adult drinks is way too much. For the price, you get a burnt bun, a decent shake but small for the price, a loud but open dinning experience and a server that has 13 other jobs so they can't focus on the table service. All in all, this was ok, but not the best we've been to on this trip. Would recommend the country fried chicken sandwich though. Burgers were juicy and had good flavor. We might do this one with just the adults, or just coming for the shakes."

"I placed an order to go. I'm not in town often, but I do love their food. I ordered a Cheeseburger and it was fabulous. I also ordered one of their hard shakes just without the alcohol since it was to go. It's the one that is most like a smore's and it is to die for! The fries were amazing. The service was also fabulous. It was very early into their day but the food came out really pretty quickly!"

"So good and the service was outstanding seriously the best I’ve had in a very long time. The wrap I had was good, the burger my wife had was cooked to perfection and very good, but what set it above the rest were the milkshakes!!!! Oh and our server was great did I say that? I wish I got her name because she deserves a ton of praise."

"If you don’t read anything else, you need to know these 3 things. 1- they charge a 3.9% credit card fee to patrons, 2- gratuity is included for parties if 6 or more (we are two adults and four kids ) 3- they use frozen meat. We ate here a year ago, and loved it so much we came back the next day (Jan 2023). They were so great about my son’s nut allergies, food was delicious and service was fantastic. Back this year (Jan 2024) to celebrate my son’s birthday again, he’s been looking forward to it all week. The restaurant has gone downhill. Our burger patties were frozen not fresh, when we asked our server to cook our burgers, medium rare, she said they can’t do that anymore because of the new patties they use. When we got our food, we realized it was because the new patties are frozen. They had a supervisor come to speak to us about our allergies which I appreciate, however, he was annoyed and impatient. The kids cheeseburger was so tiny. We ended up having to order an additional adult burger for my 10-year-old. It was the size of a small slider. My son had looked forward to this meal for a week (because of our great experience a year ago.) we told him we would buy him a sweatshirt at his favorite restaurant. The marked price for a hooded sweatshirt was $45 on the wall. When I asked about the unhooded sweatshirt. They said all the sweatshirts are $55. Even though the sign clearly said 45. Hats were $35. I was confused why I was being told $55 even though the sign says $45, especially after spending $152 on food and then being expected to pay a 4% credit card fee. I would suggest passing this restaurant up unless they can go back to their previous food and service practices."

"Eating here now and our appetizers and meals were great! All three of us enjoyed our food, salmon, chicken mac & cheese, and the black bean burger! All were great. The cheese curds were fantastic, and the onion rings were cooked perfectly and were delicious. When we arrived they we quite busy and the hostess quoted us a 25 minute wait time, but we were seated in about 5. Food came quickly and was hot, and a proper amount of time was provided between appetizers and the main courses. The server was polite and efficient, and the rest of the staff were quite helpful. B-LUX comes highly recommended!"
