Go to pick it up & the tech was very rude & had info wrong. & was very unprofessional. She told me incorrect info. Left without med. Had to go back once another, friendlier tech looked into issue & called me back & fixed the issue. Finally got my med. Will not return."

"Unhelpful. If you ever have to get a record of your pharmaceutical usage for something like a pre-existing condition, you can be sure of getting absolutely no help from these people. Have been calling, begging, complaining to corporate for 4 months to get them to send my husband's records in and it hasn't been done. They will just blame on a third party. Instead of helping. Awful."
