"Customer service on the phone and in person was on point. The young lady that helped me on the phone even came to greet me when I came into the store, though she didn't know what I looked like. She figured it out when I was looking at what I had asked for on the phone (Cowboys jersey). I am a CSM so I recognize great customer service. Great job Lids, I wish I remembered the name of young lady."
