"I've been a regular service department customer since I bought a Trek Domane + LT private party last year. The service managers are knowledgeable and listen well to customers, and are willing to share their expertise on diagnosis and repair strategies. They also don't have a service reservation policy and do their best to turn around repairs in 24 hours. Follow up: When I picked up my bike from the repair, the service manager showed me photos of the compromised hydraulic fluid tube inside the fork stem. So glad to know the problem wasn't my doing and understood why the brake pads had to be replaced and that the rotor had been thoroughly cleaned. Thanks to Tim and Colin!"
