"Salvatore is the only reason why this yellow cab service is still in business! Every other driver is rude and unprofessional, but Salvatore makes up for it! He is kind, fair and hysterical and he is the sole reason why I’m rating 5 stars!"

"Preboooked the day before for a 430 am pick up, no one picked me up, i called, and they said i had not pre- booked. And no cabs available. Second time they do this to me."

"I have an early flight that needs to catch the 3:30 am airbus in downtown so booked a cab that would pick me from home at 3:10. To ensure this early service I called to confirm on the previous night and thought everything would go well. The driver never showed up…!!! I called and talked with the operator, who told me he would call two drivers to get them on the way. They didn’t come my way so 10 min before the airbus leaving the station I called up again. This time the operator said early pick-up prebooking could never be guaranteed, and the drivers he previously called for me didn’t answer…!! I was lucky enough to have a car to use and ended up driving to the airport (lost money on the airbus I booked) and now had to pay long term parking too. Their customer service is outrageously unreliable, and I will never ever use them again!!’"

"I reserved a cab the afternoon before the pickup time and reconfirmed an hour before pickup. At the time of pickup, no cab was on site, so I called again and was told it was cancelled. It would be 1 hour before a cab could pick me up. So I reserved an Uber which came in 9 minutes and then the cab showed up and was screaming about never call again. Very unprofessional and rude."

"Was told that it was a 15-30 minutes wait, 30 minutes to passed by, so I called again and he told me that the driver had cancelled the ride. I asked why and the dispatch told me that he didn't know, I explained that me and my friend was waiting outside and it's very cold. So he said that another one would be 30-45 minutes more. So I said hell no and we started walking back to my room, pretty ridiculous."
