"I came in at 5 in the morning and ordered a hot drink. By the time I came home, I had noticed the drink had a little less than 4 inches of room in the cup. When there’s room in the cup I don’t mind, but this definitely seemed like the barista accidentally spilled a ton of the drink and just gave it to me like that."
"Waited in line over 40 minutes and the drinks weren’t even ready when we got to the window. In total spent 45 minutes stuck in line. Would have left sooner, but when you’re stuck in a drive thru there’s nowhere to go. The supervisor on shift could have handled the situation better."
