"Initially, I really liked Kids Kab. I wrote a positive review. My daughter was in HS, but the commute was very difficult for our family. However, there were were a couple of times when she changed drivers or just didn't even show up. In high school, my daughter had a phone and was pretty capable. But, after about the second time of not being picked up and Liz not being very apologetic, I was just done. I wouldn't recommend her."
"I am very disappointed with my brief Kid Kab experience. I was in the process of moving here and since school was starting, we wanted to get the kids enrolled. My sister works and needed transportation and she came across Kid Kab. This was the end of September, I was here October 10th. Regarding the service, she failed/forgot/got tied up to pick up my son on two separate occasions. I wasnt happy about this but my sister needed the assistance since she worked. There were quite a few times that the drivers were late, nearly getting our children to school on time. I have a tardy date on his report card that there was no reason for it, unless they didnt get there on time. Another day she got there 8 minutes before the school started. Then over the New Year, she implemented an online payment system. I got my bill $132 and immediately paid it. A few days later, I got another bill for $255, where Stephanie said that my sister never paid her and she owes here for months of service. This was for Sept. and Oct. only and I have two checks Dana paid in Sept for September (shown to Kid Kab) I asked Stephanie what was that money for, thinking it was maybe something small my sister owed her and my invoice for Jan as well, but it wasnt. I asked Stephanie for an invoice. She couldnt find one. I asked her on 4 separate occassions to find a calendar or invoice to show what days to justify a $255 bill. Steph said it cold have even been closer to $300 something because it was two kids. Still unable to see the bill (but waiting for her to locate) my sister our of good faith paid $150. Steph insisted it was more and I didnt want to jeapordize my sons spot so I paid the balance, but again gae her til the end of the following week to locate a calendar. The Stephanie came back to em through Brianna and told her that our "services will be suspended until this matter is settled" like I owed her hundreds of dollars when we couldnt even get a straight answer on the invoice amount. So I decided to make my own calendar. I gave her the MAX possible rides opportunities for both my kids, even though Grace only used Kid Kab for a short time but to be fair, I took the calendar for Sept and matched it with the 2 checks my sister paid and found September was overpaid $5 to Kid Kab. And for October, not deducted for holidays, a dr's appt or the day they forgot my son. I came up with a total possible kid kab rides at $174, less the $5 Sept credit balance, leaving October invoice as $169.00. My sister paid $150, I paid $80, therefore, we overpaid October $61, not owe her money. After several attempts to deal with this matter, Steph finally said to Brianna to pay me, but we were cutting me off of services. The check never came. I wrote a demand letter stating tat I am taking them to small claims court if they didnt pay in 10 days. No check. Oh but I did get a nice email saying we are sorry you are so unhappy, we wish you well and we did find the calendar after all. I requested a copy, to finally clear it up. No check, still no calendar. Stephanie doesnt have a financial checks and balances in place where errors are caught, not that she would honor her mistakes. The same person who invoices, takes and inputs the payments, so no double check in their policy. She gives you the blank invoice and says fills it in and then you pay from there. I have never had one month balance to the same amount. I even offered my services (I am a Business Consultant) to help because it was so disorganized. So save yourself the headache. Encourage someone else to start a Kids Kab service and makes sure that you, your children, and your checkbook is safe. She lost my services the day she told me that we couldnt use her services until this was resolved because we both already knew that she couldnt produce the invoice. said, (through Brianna in the office) that"
