"Excellent Vietnamese noodle house. We got the Bun Bo Hue weekday special. Our soups were tasty and flavorful. Soups were not as spicy as other places that serve Bun Bo Hue. Extra hot sauce were provided for those who want more spice. Portions were generous. ***Please noted that this Bun Bo Hue is a bit different from the traditional Bun Bo Hue."

"I am a huge fan of the crispy chicken with rice. This place makes it well and more importantly, is pretty consistent. You have a choice of 3 types of rice: tomato, sticky rice, or crispy sticky rice. The crispy sticky rice is one of the best I've had. Since the crispy sticky rice comes in one piece, I really appreciate how this one here is thick enough so it's easy to cut with a knife and you get that mochi-like chewy interior. Some other ones I've had elsewhere were just burnt and hard to chew since they were thinner. Even though I usually get beef, they do make the chicken pho better. The appetizers are all tasty, albeit a bit pricey. Love the pork rolls and the dipping sauce, even though they changed it a bit for the worse. I recently got their 15% off pho+drink combo. I chose the ube coffee which was delicious. The ube part was like a smoothie, so it didn't taste powdery at all. The other two options for this deal was salted cream coffee and egg coffee. My sister was egging me on to get the egg coffee which she told me was all the rage and the worker recommended the salted cream, but no regrets! The workers are so wonderful and friendly. They got us extra bowls, sauces, takeout containers speedily and also constantly cleared out plates that were done. They also refilled my water 5 times because, MSG. The place is large and spacious, as it used to be an Armadillo Willy's. The booths are really comfortable and a lot newer than the OG Viet town location. Btw, both stores are closed on Wednesdays which is horrible when you need some midweek pho. The parking lot is really small and one-way."

"This is a modern take on Vietnamese pho restaurant. Soup base is okay not great. They sell so many bowls, they have to add beef bouillon or similar beef stocks to make the soup tasty. Their soup flavor are on the low side. But they have all kinds of sauces to make it more flavorful. Don't order their fresh noodles, it falls apart when you get it."

"I really wanted to try this place and what could be best to have lunch on a Friday. Since the chicken is with bones, I decided to have the shrimp one. The service is really great, everything seems very structured. Each table gets a new paper sheet to cover and then the server takes your order and in no time the food is on your table. I ordered the black bean in coconut juice which is kinda dessert too. The food is delicious and the ambience is huge and packed. Try it out if you haven't!"

"Food was great. Big portion, great presentation. $10 for 1 lb of short rib was a killer deal. The sticky rice chicken was the best dish among all. The noodle dish was the worst, very expensive and the beef was difficult to chew. We left half uneaten. My favorite was the healthy drink. Very refreshing. However, two big flaws: 1. The Pho broth was NOT served hot enough, we start to see fat from the short rib floating in the broth 15mins after it was severed. It was kind of gross. 2. 18% mandatory tips was a big no. Not such of real service we received."
