"If you move into one of these properties, list EVERYTHING that is not in your unit that is on their move in checklist. This property management has multiple different homes, so if you make the mistake I did and overlook something because their checklist said (if applicable) on it they will make you pay for it when you leave even if it was never there. For example the screen door for the back door on my unit was not there, nor was it even on the checklist as an item to check if it was there or broken. They took $125 of my deposit for it even though the screen door was never on the unit when I moved in."

"Stayed at one of their properties through airbnb. The place was infested with fleas. Packed up my things and promptly vacated the apartment. Called the number that was provided to me if incase of emergency or if I needed anything, was told I'd be contacted immediately by someone. 30 minutes go by and nobody reached out to me so I called again and got another representative who put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and told me I'd be contacted next business day - this was a Friday so I understood I was going to be contacted the following Monday - this was unacceptable in my eyes and I said to the representative "this doesn't seem to be much of a priority for your company". The rep replied in a very condescending and patronizing tone "Thank you for calling Patriot Properties have a nice night" to which the phone call then ended. The staff did not recognize the urgency of the situation and provided me with no immediate remedy. Allowing someone to rent a place that has an infestation of fleas is a health concern and makes the company liable for legal recourse. They obviously don't care! If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"They are very unprofessional. They don’t do a good job cleaning. They are rude and nasty people."

"These people are rude and unprofessional. They recently took over our apartment building & we had no issues prior to them taking over. We have been here a year. And they take over & all of a sudden the apartment above us starts leaking into our apartment. They took forever to get here to fix it. Then they didn’t send us any paperwork to renew our lease, which I talked to a lady & she said she had accidentally skipped over us. Then, due to covid, we had trouble paying Mays rent & they said they would work with us & let us do payments for it. Then, the end of May, as soon as it was legal to kick us out, they did so stating it was a “notice of non renewal” which was THEIR fault for not sending it to us & skipping over us."
