Reviews
"Staff here truly care about the students and the students know it. I love the programs/classes offered at this school and overall the schools professionalism and positive attitude."
"Attended San Juan in the early 60's (geezer status). It was a great school. Studied Russian advanced sciences and mathematics and played tennis. Had to move to Oregon to experience a mediocre educational experience. Dosveydana tavarich!"
"The class selection was pretty good but the sports teams aren't great. I graduated in 04 so I don't know if things have changed."
"Transfered from bella vista to San Juan because its closer... The school was so bad that I wanted to transfer back on ORIENTATION. the people there are trash, almost every single one of them, the teachers suck at their jobs and no one learns anything. Don't waste your high school experience with this place. Its not worth it."
"It's okay. Modern and well equipped. They change football coaches every year which is hard on the players, some coaches don't even stay the whole season. My son plays football. My daughter and my son says the teachers are not in control of the student. they say it is difficult to learn because thing are so loud and out of control. My kids say there are kids that smoke pot on campus and it is ignored. The staff is kind of mean if your child gets in trouble, they play the blame game and gang up on the student all at once. My child got in some trouble and they were making outlandish accusation and talked to each other about my child like my child wasn't even in the room. I just sat there watching them in shock, not saying a word. I finally asked if they were done and left with my child in tear. They have a campus police program. There counselors are quite helpful and the Vice Principle is very nice and good with good with the kids. They have an ROP Program where my son has learned a lot about car mechanics. My daughter is studying Media and Drama. They enjoy doing these things."
