"I reserved a room and due to a death in our family we had to cancel our family trip. Even though it was three weeks out management refused to even refund half of our reserved rate. Due to having to pay for funeral costs on our loved father we were also required to pay for lodging for three rooms for three days. This was a huge burden on our family and finances. Absolutely a disgust of a true northern family owned establishment."

"On a Thursday I reserved a room. The next day on Friday I called and talked to the front desk and cancelled my reservation. Two weeks later when the original reservation was I was charged for a night i didnt stay there. I call the hotel to see what happened. The women was an absolute @$(*(@. She said that I cant prove I cancelled the room because THEY didn't send an email that said so. Some large chain hotels and small town place do send a cancel email. They did not inform me that I needed one. This place stole over $150 from me."

"The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it is pet friendly. I would highly recommend staying here it's close to everything. They also have a campground very close that is also very nice"

"Rooms are very clean and basic for what we needed. Small fridge and microwave in room. We were up here for a wedding and arrived at 2:35 (check in is 3). They do charge $25 for early check in. But what can you do.. I was here for a wedding that started at 4 and we all needed to get ready. The room was ready, so it wasnt like they needed to clesn it yet. You have to ring a ring doorbell for help at the front counter. Someone lives on the property. When nobody arrived at check out time, we left. It's nice for what it is but it's not $175 a night nice. But perfect for a place to crash if you need a place to stay in town and have no other options. However if I wind up that way again, I'll check out more options. We were here because the wedding party had a block and suggested it."
