"Clean, quick snack stop. Lounge is pretty spacious. Offers lite bites, full bar, soda machine, and coffee machine. Staff were very quick to bring your order. Bathrooms have multiple stalls and a changing table."
"I wasn't expecting much from this SJC lounge but it was far better than I anticipated. The food, though basic, was tasty and the bar menu was very good. The QR menu worked very well. Just be aware that if you're a British Airways customer you will be asked to pay, no matter what your travel class. Take it up with BA later..."
"Nice and quiet on a Tuesday evening. You can order some food using the QR codes on the table and also have drinks delivered to your seat. Nice place to relax before a flight."
"As usual staff was amazing. We found this by gate 20. Breakfast time. They had beans and rice, eggs, toast, these little crunchy cheese biscuits, apple turnover (not very much apple at all) fresh watermelon amd pineapple. Plenty of drinks. There is a manicure station. I do not believe that this is included in your pass."
"This lounge is by gate 15. You need to take an elevator to 3rd floor. The lounge was really kept clean and there was plenty of seating available. At the time we went, breakfast was being served which was really good. They had plenty of food options and drinks available. You also have an option to order it on your table and they staff would get your food. The staff was relay helpful and hospitable. Plenty of cocktails and drink options to chose from, they could be free depending on which pass you are using. We were using priority pass and all the food and drinks were covered. Using priority pass you can get one of the guest as well foe free. Overall a good lounge to hangout at prior to your flight."
