"Celebrated our 36th anniversary here at this beautiful gem and thoroughly enjoyed it!! Hosts, Meghan and Brad have made their home a fabulous place for guests to getaway to rest and relax. They both have a gift for hospitality that makes you feel like family. Our two night stay was wonderful, breakfasts scrumptious, and views (both sunrise and sunset) breathtaking!! Even though it’s tucked away from it all overlooking the lake, there’s plenty of things to do within a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed the Leinenkugel tour, Wissota Chop house, River Bend winery, Loopy’s, and a stroll downtown Chippewa Falls…recommend all of these! "The Inn on Lake Wissota was the best Inn / bed and breakfast stay we have ever had and a wonderful place to spend our 30th Anniversary. Brad and Meghan are wonderful hosts, kind and gracious, a blessing! The environment they have created is beautiful and peaceful. The room and bed was so comfortable and property is immaculate. They have thought of everything and working to continually improve the property. I can't say enough amazing things about the breakfast prepared by Meghan. Both mornings were so, so good but I still dream about the triple berry strata! Delicious! A bonus for us is that we came to ride bikes and The Inn is so close to the Old Abe Trail. We chose to ride north to Durant and so glad we did. Trail is in great condition, well shaded and beautiful. It ends at a state park, make sure to loop around the park it is beautiful and has a nice beach. I could go on and on but just trust as and book your stay. You will not regret it.
