"Freemans is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They help me ensure my medications are compatible with the method I have to take them or find formulations that are if needed. They get refills done incredibly quickly when compared to big chain pharmacies in the area. I love the prices as well as variety of medical supplies and OTC meds. You can get many things at Freemans you can't get at other pharmacies."

"Disgustingly ignorant staff. Didn’t acknowledge me until they (very rudely) Accused me of having Covid because I came in covering my mouth and nose, granted I get why, but It was an insensitive accusation nonetheless. I Informed the women that I was PREGNANT and NAUSEOUS, and that the store smells like mothballs and stale pills. The smell immediately made me sick when I walked in the store. Then the lady asked if I wanted to wait outside, I said yes, then she proceeded to take a jab at my partner, asking if he was a gentleman that can grab my medicine for me. Mind you, the medicine I picked up was for the nausea because of my pregnancy, but nobody could be bothered enough to read the damn prescription paper that LITERALLY SAID THAT."

"I stopped at Freeman Drug last week to ask the pharmacist a quick question about capsules I was trying to fill for our dog. They were quite busy but still took the time to answer my question and suggested something that would be helpful in the future. As I waited for the compounding pharmacist to look something up, another pharmacist came out to make sure everyone waiting had been helped (they had) and the women at the cash register was so helpful and polite to everyone. They made every person (including me!) feel like the most important person in the store. What a gem of a place."

"I was excited to support a local business but as a brand new customer today, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. Having never been inside to pick up a prescription I wasn’t completely aware of where to go and assumed it was the back pharmacy area where I saw someone else talking to a pharmacist. I waited until the person left and then moved to the plexiglass to wait my turn. There were five or six people working and everyone saw me but no one said hello, I’ll be right with you, or acknowledged my presence. It wasn’t until another customer came in to the store and walked to the cash registers where someone promptly ran out from behind the pharmacy and greeted him that I realized that must be where I should go to pick up my prescription. I was again put off when someone that I am guessing might have been the pharmacist came over to explain my child’s prescription and then handled the syringe he would be putting in his mouth with her bare hands."
