"The people here have always been professional, attentive, willing to take the time to answer my questions and are very pleasant."
"Went to pick up a prescription that was sent directly to the pharmacy from my Dr. CVS had no record of receiving my prescription. I had a time and date stamped message with my prescription details from the Dr's office saying my prescription was sent to that specific CVS with the address listed. I confirmed with the tech the address to make sure I didn't screw up and was at the wrong place. The tech asked me several times my name and birthdate. Could it be under another name - "No" The last time she asked for my name and birthdate, she finally wrote it down. I spelled out my name for her as she wrote it down and then she went to talk to someone else that I couldn't see and told them that she couldn't find my prescription. The tech then ran past me and said they were checking messages. I tried to tell her that it was sent over the previous day but she kept going and went to help another customer so I stopped in the middle of my sentence and just stood there. The pharmacist (Kate or Katie - I can't remember) came from nowhere and said "we don't have it" very snotty and like she was a 20 year old valley girl. I tried to tell her that it was sent over the previous day and tried to show her the message confirming my prescription was sent to their location. She stood there staring at me and wouldn't even look at it. I asked "so what do I do"? She said have them resend it. It was Friday night at 6:00. I said I needed the prescription because I had just had eye surgery the day before and I couldn't wait until Monday. She said "Well I'm not taking your prescription from a cell phone" I told her she needed to calm down and asked why she was being so rude. She said that I was rude to her tech and walked away yelling at me from across the pharmacy. First of all Kate/Katie, you were nowhere to be seen while I was talking to your tech so what do you know about my interaction with her? I was trying to give them any and all info I had to be able to pick up my prescription. Kate/Katie has absolutely no business working with the public. She was very rude, unprofessional and immature. This was the first and very last time I will ever use CVS pharmacy, especially at this location. Kate/Katie needs to be fired. The only words spoken to the tech was giving my name and birthdate several times, spelling my name for her, telling her no, it's not under another name, showing her the message with the prescription info and confirmed that I was at the correct CVS. All things that would be normal in this situation. There weren't even enough words spoken to be rude to your tech, Kate/Katie. As someone who works with the public, it's her job to work with customers in a professional manner. If she thought I was rude to her tech, she should've addressed that immediately. Instead, she pops up out of nowhere, lashed out at me acting like an unprofessional, immature brat. All she did was create an unnecessarily intense situation with her sh!tty attitude. Perhaps a new profession is needed for Kate/Katie, say one in a block room with no contact with the outside world would be more suited for Kate/Katie."
"I went for my vaccination today right at my appointment time. I was directed to a small bench by the window and told that I would be called. After waiting for 30 minutes, I inquired about the expected wait time. The person who initially instructed me to sit there asked if anyone had called me and then directed me to the vaccination kiosk. After another brief wait, I finally received my shot. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the confusion."
"I have been taking my prescriptions to Oakdale CVS Target for several years. Pharmacists are always so professional. Pharmacy Techs work so hard with a smile on their faces even though working short handed. Highly recommend!"
"Made an appointment at 3:15pm for a few vaccines. I show up at the window at about 3:10 - a few minutes ahead of my appointment time. They didn't have my vaccines ready yet, I guess, so they directed me to sit on the bench next to the pharmacy. At 3:35, I decide to get back into line, because 2 other people asked for flu shots since i sat there and they were administered immediately. When i got to the counter, one of the pharmacists apologized and said, "i'm sorry, we didnj't know you were over there." This is a peculiar response as her staff instructed me to sit there. The pharmacist was very nice about administering the shots (which is why there is 2 stars instead of 1), but still rude other people just walked up and got a shot immediately when I made an appointment, showed up a few minutes early to be polite, and then i was forgotten about. I even filled out all the paperwork and insurance information online, to try to make it easy and seamless for them."
