Canoe Bay

"We loved our time at Canoe Bay. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, with lots of incredible grounds and trails to explore. The accommodations were top-notch - everything was clean as can be, extremely comfortable, well-appointed, and convenient. We stayed in the lodge, and the easy access to the library/sitting room/fireplace was one of the best parts of our stay. We also loved the food and the staff. The dining room at the Inn was great, and the option for food delivery was nice and very convenient during the day. Everyone we encountered was kind, accommodating but not overbearing, and made our stay seamless. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"We have stayed at Canoe Bay three times and every stay has been amazing. The grounds are private, quiet, and very relaxing! We have stayed in Escape Village and most recently in a Duplex cottage. Accommodations are beautiful and spotless! We have had seamless Wi-Fi at both locations. We enjoy taking a canoe around the lake and walking the beautiful flower garden. Our most recent in-house meal of pork tenderloin and sides was awesome. Delivered on time and hot and fresh. Love the new wooden box delivery container and stoneware plates - makes the meal feel very special. Also loved that the box and plates were picked up in a timely fashion after we were done eating. All staff we encounter are professional, very friendly, and just plain awesome to deal with. Thank you for our beautiful stays and impeccable service!"

"We stayed here fall of 2020 and thought the cabin and lake were beautiful. We liked the hiking trails around the area and the in room tub was so relaxing. The biggest negative was the food, it is $50 for food delivered in plastic/cardboard containers. Our cabin had a tiny table so we ended up eating on the couch. I do want to return, but I won't until the restaurant opens. I think the restaurant ambience and time away from the cabin would help immensely with our dining experience (and would justify spending so much)."
