I called expecting a fight. Diane was so kind and courteous with handling the situation. Diane is very professional but also caring and understanding. She immediately calmed me down. This rating is NOT a reflection of the said provider as I am still upset with them, but it is for Diane. We need more people like her in the health care industry who will listen and diffuse the situation with such strong empathy and concern.
