CVS Pharmacy

"This is by far the worst pharmacy of them all. I am forced to use them by my insurance company or I would go anywhere else. They are often out of stock of my prescriptions, take forever to receive adequate stock, the app is horrible and limited, the automated phone system is a complete waste of time, and no one there really seems to care much about helping you, the customer. Good luck if you have to use CVS like I do."

She told me that they were the busiest CVS in the Twin Cities and don't expect things quickly or efficiently. I go to a small town pharmacy now and I get treated with much more respect. I will never go to CVS again."

I want to support local business, but with my insurance company sending me quotes on having my prescriptions sent to me by mail, is beginning to look likely."

"Usually pretty fast. They text me to ask if they can refill prescriptions, that's awesome. They gave us the wrong pills once though, and didn't catch it. I had to ask why the pills looked wrong after a month of using them."
