"Pharmacy customer service is awful. I guess I called too close to lunch? Someone picked up and just said “Call back after 2”, and hung up. The standards today are horrific."
"They refuse to stop auto filing prescriptions no matter how many times I asked. They charge my plan as if I picked it up, and when I actually needed to get it a month later it took forever for them to "fix" what they did. After 3 times of this routine, it's obviously not a mistake. So I switched to a new pharmacy who had no problem only filling what I needed, when I needed it, and never had to deal with this CVS's unethical billing practices."
"I would give 0 stars if possible. I have had problems over and over with this pharmacy. They don't answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 2 hours waiting. They put your prescription in process which then makes it impossible for another CVS to pull and fill, yet they never fill it for weeks. AVOID this place!!!"
"Super happy to have found the pharmacy team at this location. Jannelle, Angie and team are fabulous. Helpful, caring and prompt in filly my prescriptions. Although busy, they still take the time and attention to help with your needs."
