"Sitting between the historic County Court House and the current County Court, this plaza sees daily activity from jurors, government workers, transients, and tourist. On the weekends when all the civic buildings are closed, the plaza is mostly empty. Every once in a while it serves as the meeting point for larger rallies/protests. But mostly you'll just come across skaters who are practicing their moves."
