Lake Breeze Resort,

"Considering that this was my 4th time staying here I'm surprised I haven't left a review. There is a huge selection of rooms available here. Just a room with a bed and microwave, full cabins, 2 bedrooms a room with a kitchen a room with a Jacuzzi tub. The list goes on. Today we stayed in room 4. It was a 1 bedroom "apartment" with a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 twins in the living room set up as a couch. The kitchen had everything you could need and a full size fridge and freezer. One cool thing about each room is they all have VHS and you can "rent" them from the office. So many to pick from. Each room has a deck with 2 chairs and a table. There is a fire pit you can use with free wood just be respectful. I love to sit in the gazebo by the water... lots of picnic tables if you want to hang out outside and a pool in the summer. This is the only place I'll ever stay when going out this way. The place is safe and the people that own it are always in such a good mood."

"We've stayed here before, which is why we chose it again. The owners are very nice and friendly. They have owned it since 2019. Unfortunately, our cabin (unit 15) smelled very musty when we walked in. The bathroom floor (especially around the shower) looked like it hadn't been cleaned with dark build-up around the shower. It could definitely use updating. But all in all, it is a decent place to stay for 2 nights."

"We stayed at Lake Breeze Resort for 2 nights in the apartment above the office. It was spacious, clean and well taken care of and had good wifi. There is a bedroom, living room, small kitchen with a table and chairs. It was great to be able to make our meals right there! It was also great to be so close to Duluth while still being close to the lake with nature all around. One thing we found was that the path to the water was too steep for us but we did see others managing to get down and back up it okay. There was still a nice spot to set up our camp chairs and watch the water. (Not sure if stairs could be built down to the beach but they'd be a great help!) We didn't have time to explore the resort grounds ourselves but you could see that there were many things to do there. Finally, the last thing to mention is how friendly Kimberly was! It was a pleasure dealing with her to set up our reservation and then during our stay. This place is a gem to check out!"

"We had the suite above the office, and it was clean, spacious, attractive, and quiet. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. Across the street, we climbed our way down to the rocky shoreline. Beautiful."

"Very nice place. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I've stayed at many motels most of have had thin cheap towels. Here they had extremely nice thick plush towels. You have to watch close to find this place. It is set back quite a ways from the highway but that makes it so nice, quiet and peaceful. I would recommend The Breeze to anyone."
