"I love the providers here. I feel very cared for and listened to by all levels of medical professionals, but most (not all) of the receptionists make me feel very stupid. It's impossible to schedule physical therapy over the phone. I've never called at a time where the PT receptionist has picked up. I could leave a message and wait for them to get back to me at their own leisure, but I have work too. I can't wait by my phone for a call back. I'm going to at least try a different Essentia location to get physical therapy."
