"I'm sorry I was so harsh on. One review after a visit. I have a note from a different medical doctor that states can work with my broken neck that healed with the two bones in the middle turning into one bone, but can't lift over five pounds. I can't turn my neck and I need my Spine Clinic to validate that. I had a good chat with Jake Wilcox and he had the impression I could work on my medical but the truth is I don't know. I'm disabled even If we can cure the pain. So I'm sticking with a different Doctor. But Jake didn't realize what I did after our visit or feel my pain and all Jake knew about me is that I want to work and sent hurtful info to DHS and Social Security that I tragically need help from."

"I’ve been able to get in same day every time I’ve needed to be seen for something over the last 4 years. It is a teaching facility so you’ll most likely see a resident/student but that resident/student reports/confers with the attending doctor every time. Awesome care and awesome staff."

"This place is worthless. Schedules me an hour before work but says they can probably get me in early. I ended up waiting 25 minutes past the scheduled times and the doctor still wasn't out to see me.Sorry but I can't wait on you guys all day when I have work scheduled. Couldn't even get another appointment scheduled, will have to go into emergency room tomorrow early a.m. . This place is useless. I wouldn't even recommend wasting your time."

"Anytime I go in for a visit I am never worried never feel uncomfortable or scared because everyone that works there always make sure that all your needs are met. They greet you with a kind smile and when you have your visit with your doctor you can hear in their voice that they genuinely want to help you. And I have never felt looked down upon. That's a really big deal when it comes to how you're treated. It's one of the main reasons they will always be my number one choice in where to go to see a dictir"

"I've been going for a few years now and they are horrible. They're in their first two years as a doctor (according to my former doctor there that was just about to finish up and move to a proper facility) and in all honesty, they shouldn't be working without an actual doctor with them guiding them through. I am literally a guinea pig. Every one that goes there is. I've had health problems that I ended up needing to go to the ER for because the clinic said I was fine. I had strep and the clinic said I just had a sore through. They didn't take a swab culture, she just passed it off saying I needed cough drops. I am switching clinic asap."
