"As I come up on my 1 year an-KNEE-versary of my ski accident and ACL rehab, I figured now would be a great time to write a review for Kauno! I've been working with Allyson (as well as Eric and Andrew when Allyson's been out) for the past year, and I have so much gratitude to Allyson for getting my knee back to active sports. I picked Kauno because it was important to me to have 1:1 sessions with my PT (versus places that hand you off to an aide) and I also wanted a PT that was close to my home, since I was going 2x/week all year long. Both Kauno locations are within 2 miles of my home, so I've been going to both locations and seeing Allyson at both. Kauno didn't take my insurance, but since I mostly met my deductible with the knee surgery, I was happy to go out of network for my PT and I think it was worth every penny. Now 11 months out from surgery, I'm hiking, biking, surfing and about to skiing :) Thank you Allyson and Kauno team!"

"I came to Kauno after multiple knee injuries from overuse during marathon training. At the time it hurt to walk and I thought I was going to sit out the marathon for the second year in a row. Eric helped me with PT, strength, and mobility and coached me over the 10 weeks. I ran my first marathon and the knees felt strong. Thanks to Eric and Kauno for getting me back to running!"

"I have been to 3 different physical therapy places and this is my favorite! Brian King is extremely knowledgeable (and funny), had good experiences with Eric as well. The place has really nice interior, they don’t have super old equipments like some other PT’s do. Overall, they are really attentive to their clients and I highly recommend. The initial insurance verification process is a little confusing but it’s all worth it."

"I had an appointment with Allyson Fong a few weeks ago and it was a lovely experience. I enjoyed chatting with her and her analysis of my injury was thorough.Turns out it was a bruised bone and she let me know that I needed to relax next few weeks with the running. Was happy she showed me a few exercises after we wrapped up the diagnosis portion. Nice facility and friendly staff, would recommend!"

"I came to Kauno with shoulder pain and limited range of motion for over 6 weeks, that didn't seem to go away. Had two sessions with Mica Flores, did only a few of the exercises she sent me home with, and after a week, the pain was gone (!). This was really impressive, and I'm a skeptical type that's hard to impress. There's a change that my pain would've resolved on its own in about the same time, but the exercises did help in the moment - as in, after I performed them at Kauno, the pain did go away. Other than that, the place is clean, has a variety of equipment, and results-oriented: I never felt pushed to keep coming back. The exercises were sent via an app that helps you follow along. To clarify the scope - as with any PT service, they focus on restoring normal function, so if you need help with stretching or anything performance-related, you'll need to go elsewhere. But for physical therapy, Kauno was excellent!"
