"Dr Lisa Bosshard is by far the most down to earth and compassionate Dr we have ever met. We switched to her when our son was 3 months and never turned back (he’s 4.5 now). She remembers any personal information our son shares and checks in on him not only for his physical, but also emotional health, even for everyone else in the house. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our son."
"Nurse practitioner Julie lied to my face and sent us to the emergency room for blood work and X-rays telling us our daughter might have a blood clotting disorder. We get there and are super worried something is wrong with our daughter and find out she actually told them we might be abusing her. The doctors there said she is perfectly healthy and there are no signs of abuse. Julie is completely incompetent and should be fired - she caused us so much stress and money and almost caused our 3 month daughter to undergo unnecessary testing"
"The pediatrician did not wanted to do blood work to see what my son had. She said he was fine, that he only had a bug or the flue. I ended up taking him to a different pediatrician in he had mono and needed special care. I won't ever go there again."
"Unsatisfied with the level of care we received from the behavioral health specialist at this facility. Was not what would be considered appropriate for the age of the person requiring care. Also were misled on the behavioral specialist being "in-network". Paying 100% out-of-pocket when having top-tier low-deductible health plan. Most likely we are not the only family this has happened to. Wanted to bring awareness so others can think twice before considering Children's for mental health care."
