"Gone for years only due to the location. They've always been rude, never had any interest in speaking to us. My mother started vaping and went in to buy pods and they mocked her for her lack of knowledge and sold her pods that were over 25% more than any other store in Roch! Everything here is overpriced and they will never be interested unless you are friends with them or a young decent looking woman. They also have a bad habit of selling to minors"

"I arrived in Rochester from Oregon needing vape juice during an Arctic Vortex that dumped 10” of more snow, along w/windchill that made it feel like it was -40. Broadway Smoke was a 1/2 block from my hotel so I ventured over to be cheerfully greeted by the owner. He helped me pick out a delicious flavor as well as assured me I wasn’t getting more then I could get thru TSA. He took the time to let me know I could sit at the counter to fill up my tank. Paper towels at the ready. When he saw me taking pics of the gorgeous Hooka’s he came over and gave me a detailed explanation of where they are from. He was professional, knew his products in detail, and offered warm, midwestern, hospitality. This will definitely be my go to shop when I’m in Rochester again."
