They replaced the back but didn't replace the bottom of the chair where most of the problems are occurring. Didn't even have this recliner a year and problems after problems of this chair. "Absolutely love my reclining sofa and loveseat set! I took awhile to decide on what kind/color and the lady was so patient and helpful. When I unknowingly tripped the safety feature on the power recliner the day after delivery, McMahons was able to come out right away the next day and explain (even though I live in Green Bay). Great service and price!"
"We have purchased furniture from McMahon's many times. Recently, we had a recliner that was not sitting correctly. McMahon's came out, picked it up, fixed it, and delivered it again, and "because it took them so long," the repair was free of charge. This company has the absolute BEST customer service I have encountered anywhere. Not to mention there fantastic prices. Worth the drive. Old fashion customer service, great prices, helpful, knowledgeable staff....they can't be beat!"
