Why would anyone want to purchase anything when the staff are discriminatory at best, downright xenophobic and racist at worst. Either shop online or find a different retailer entirely, this place doesn’t deserve business."

This contrasted sharply with their engagement with other customers, offering them a range of services, including texting concierge assistance. My loyalty to Restoration Hardware is not driven by a desire to flex, but rather because of the lasting quality of their furniture. However, encountering bias and discrimination upon entering the store is very unwelcoming and off-putting. I strongly believe that all customers, regardless of assumptions about their purchasing power, should be treated equally. I urge Restoration Hardware to promote a more inclusive environment where all services are advertised and offered to every customer, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who appreciates the brand's quality and craftsmanship."

"Great experience for myself and my husband. Prices are high ,but pieces were unique. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to find THE MOST BEAUTIFUL gold floor mirror for my boutique. They helped me find a company that was willing to deliver for a decent price and I am super pleased with my experience. I think it's maybe not for everyone as far as taste and price ,but worth a shot to look."

"Lots of great finds, but you have to be willing to look around since a lot of the items are EXTREMELY expensive. I got my bar stools here over Labor Day when the entire store was an additional 50% off and wound up paying $60 each for chairs that were originally over $200. They have a lot of cool blankets and pillows that are fairly reasonable as well."
