"3/6/2024 The last two times I've gone to this gas station, I've requested my receipt and was told by the machine message to go into the store to get my receipt. I don't know what's involved in putting tape in the machines, but, come on! The other thing that my husband has complained about to them, is that the window washer fluid is always empty. I go here because it's close to where I live, but I think I'll start going to Woodman's or somewhere else for my gas. I'm not asking for a lot, to get gas, to get my receipt at the pump and to have clean water to wash my windshield and windows. 3/7/2024 UPDATE: I just got the same "thanks for your feedback" message that everyone gets after leaving a review. Please turn off the auto-reply. It's disingenuous and insulting. Clearly corporate doesn't care about this location which is why the employees don't seem to care."
"Every pump has some problem with it. Trued 3 different ones and gave up."
"Wow I can totally see why this location is averaging a 2.2 score. I just drove back from Green Bay and REALLY had to use the bathroom. It was just before 7pm and there was only one other customer in the building. As I walked toward the bathroom I was greeted by Daniel with an abrupt “bathrooms are closed”. There was no sign on the door and I really had no other options. The bathroom looked normal and it was working fine; however, as I was washing my hands, Daniel proceeded to turn out the lights. I was like OK he was trying to prove a point so I headed to the soda case and was going to stop at the counter planning on spending just over $100 on cigarettes etc, then I was going to go outside and fill up my tank, another $50. Daniel then decided he would announce across the store asking if I heard him and knew how to follow orders. I told him the bathroom was working fine and before I could say anything else, he said he would not serve me and I had to leave. I pretty much said “wow” and asked for his name. Daniel proudly lifted his name tag and said his name. My transactions probably would have paid for 10 hours of his salary tonight but I guess him being the boss was more important. The sign outside says “Now Hiring”. I guess Kwik Trip has hired up all the good people in Madison. Kelly’s Market is scarce outside Rockford in my experience and if Daniel is their representative, I can only wonder why."
"2 of the last 3 or 4 times I've been in here I've been overcharged for things and told tough $h1t.. "we can only discount it so much..." I dont want a discount I want the price the shelf says.. 7.49 comes to 10.54 with tax.. 10.49 comes to 12.65 with tax.. Watch your total at the register.. It feels like its on purpose... Also about a week ago the guy working wouldn't even respond to me.. Hi... I get blank stare.. 20 in gas please.. Blank stare but takes my money.. Not one word to me, I guess he was too into the gangster rap playing on his phone to talk to a customer"
"I appreciate any gas station with free air instead of robbing people of $1.50. I've heard you can ask at PDQ and they will turn it on, but I don't feel you should take advantage of people who don't know....just make it free at the air pump. I've always found the employees to be sufficiently friendly...I don't expect anyone making $10 an hour to kiss my @ss for buying gas or a soda."
