"My husbands grandma lives with us and bought a box spring and mattress from here last year. Experience in the store and with the delivery drivers was good. Some months later she started having bad back pain. She figured it was from the bedset so she decided to buy from mattress firm… When we were removing the old mattress and box spring from furniture zone, we noticed that the box spring was extremely light and frail. My husband looked underneath to find that the entire support system of the box spring was CARDBOARD!!!! Entirely cardboard. Shame on this company for taking advantage of an elderly woman. We'll pass on giving them any business and share our experience with everyone looking for furniture."

"I went over there to find storage bed that no one had in stock luckily they did I was very pleased got it delivered the next day thank u a bunch I recommend them they have beautiful furniture the pictures on website don’t do them any good in person this store has beautiful furniture I came from Milwaukee to them and will come back to get more stuff this week here"

"They have a great selection of living room sets and sectionals. We picked one out and they were able to deliver next day! We weren't ready so we had them deliver today. The delivery guys who set up the sofa were very professional and I told them we would figure out where to put it (small living room). After moving it all ways possible it just didn't work. We called the store and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful. They told us we could exchange the sectional for a different one and just pay difference and the delivery fee again. And they even delivered it to us the same night! We are beyond grateful for this because they could've charged us for restocking or not even took the return at all. Thank you to the staff and delivery drivers. We will definitely shop here again and refer anyone who needs furniture!"
