"Waited 3 months for a $1600 Elran recliner. The leather upholstery detailing is very poor. Mismatched seaming in the arms is the biggest problem. Tech sent out agreed with me that the craftsmanship was poor and should be fixed. However, PM says they accept Elran's defense that it meets their "specifications". Very poor customer service. Penny Mustard failed their promised dedication to quality furniture. After I posted the above review, PM contacted me and offered to order a replacement chair at their cost. Waiting for delivery in 6 weeks."

"I bought a king size bed from these guys many years ago Needed a gilde set for pedestal bed drawer talked to 3 people finally got to a supervisor they sold me the bed but told me they couldn't figure out which glide set to get for my bed so they finally after at least 1 and 1/2 mos they sent 3 different sizes for me to use the rt one you decide if I was served"
