"Worst company ever for mattress had ours 24 days started leaking air went to return it and now getting charged the delivery and installation fee of 250. And they have to be the ones to deliver it and set it up. I have bought alot of mattresses over the years and have never had to pay for return or shipping or installation"

"Horrible, high-pressure sales experience! I am a past sleep number bed owner and wanted to go to the store to lay on the newer beds to gauge which one would work for me. The minute I walked in the door, the salesman Tony Lococo(who I've had a similar experience with once before) grabbed me to show me the beds. He was aware that I was a past owner, so I didn't need any high-pressure sales I was simply there to test out the beds to make a decision. Tony wouldn't leave me alone to my own thoughts. Tried pressuring me into an I8 because "that's what everyone gets." Then he proceeds to tell me that there is zero percent financing for 24 months, which would come to $100 a month. He must have some new math I'm not aware of! Then he asks me what my reservations are and I said my experience with the previous bed was bad as it didn't last long at all and that the price point of the i8 wasn't affordable. As I was going to talk about the more affordable options he proceeded to hand me his business card and said "I have other customers coming in if you need something call." No one else was in the store and customers weren't coming in. He felt he wasn't going to make a sale so he got rid of me. The i8 he quoted me was $3,600 in the store and $3,100 online. Do yourself a favor and save some money and buy online. So disappointing that I wasn't left alone to my thoughts and allowed to try out the beds on my own. Will NEVER be back and not even sure I will purchase a Sleep Number again due to that horrible experience."

"Very disappointing experience POST sale of a new bed (after we paid in full). Bed was delivered and neither the pump nor the adjustable frame worked. Install technicians said we had to wait approximately 2 more weeks (after waiting a month for the delivery after paying) for replacements and then left us with the bed that could not be used. Called our sales person, Tony Lococo, who said “I can’t help you, you have to call Customer Service.” As you might imagine, Customer Service is an 800 number that has an automated menu. Not a pleasant experience at all. It would have been nice if the guy that was more than happy to take our money (and get his commission) would have been willing to do something more than tell us to “call customer service”."

"Josh, our sales person, was very knowledgeable, patient and very friendly with helping us through the process of picking out a sleep number bed. If you are in the market for one of these awesome beds, ask for Josh at the Grafton location!"

"Bought $7300 bed. Took off day of delivery got call at 10am saying cant be delivered cuz of parts wernt in.3wks later came back still wrong parts another day off. Wife an I wasted 4 vac days, about $1000. Talked to someone to return bed an that was as bad as it being delivered. Just got total run around an wasted another day wasted to have them pick up bed. All in all cost me bout $1200 still have no bed. Then I got a late payment on financing cuz sleep number said they would close everything out. Just a nightmare!!!!"
