"I personally have not been here, but from the looks an attitude the OWNER gives off, I will never come here and support a business from someone like him. If you do visit this place, located off North Ave., please be stealthy about where you park. I pull into the parking lot next to the several businesses on that street, as I was going to get my nails done next door. When I come back from the nail salon, the OWNER parked me in. As I wiggled out of my spot, being respectful of the other cars around me, I wasn’t able to leave the parking lot. The OWNER of this establishment was parked diagonally in the middle of the parking lot. I asked politely if he could move so I could get out, or else I would have had to reverse on to the busy street. He told me, very very rudely, to reverse because “he’s not leaving he just came out there to sit in his car”. Instead of pulling into the parking spot that I just left out of, he parked DIRECTLY in front of the exit which enhibits, not just me, but 3-4 cars not being able to leave. He was very disrespectful and distasteful. As a business owner, regardless of if I was a customer to your store or not, you treat people with respect. Who knows, I could have been coming in there to buy something and that rubbed me completely the wrong way! Very disappointing."

"From the moment I walked in the door, I was helped immediately. He was very friendly and took the time to show me different options and offered suggestions. He gave me a great deal on what I needed and I will shop here again. Awesome place!"

"The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner, Andy, ordered my wife and I the wrong piece of furniture after I had specified MULTIPLE times which one we wanted. He did offer to order us the correct piece once we called, but then stated that WE had to bring it back. This was not an option for us, as we had rented a vehicle to get the furniture. He hung up on me multiple times during this interaction after the pickup and ultimately told me that it was no fault of his, to call my credit card company, and then he hung up. To make things worse, when my wife left a review on Facebook, he retorted by "daring us to call the better business bureau" and posted our personal information in the comments for everyone to see. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY FROM A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS"

"I recently went into the store to purchase a new king size bed for myself and a twin bunk bed with stairs and storage with mattresses for my children’s room the owner was so friendly and helpful and prices were very fair I actually will be returning to get a sofa and chair very soon I received my order within 3days and they offer install so I was sold.. My kids loved their new bunk bed and I love mines as well thanks Andy"
