"I wish i could explain how much i love this doctor. I’ve messaged him several times with questions and gotten answers quickly. He lets me voice my concerns and explains his medical opinion regarding them. I admit i hate the office in general. It looks a little run down. My first visit i was like I’m switching doctors asap. Then i meet him and was like dang he’s good. I liked him so much I’ve kept him and even switched my other sons pediatrician to him. 10 out 10 recommend him!"

"I absolutely love this doctors office. I have been going to this office for almost 4 years now. I've lived in different states and countries so I have plenty to compare too. My 4 sons like this office because they get stickers after the appointment, sometimes books and they always have movies playing in the lobby. The office staff is friendly and always gets my family in within 5-10 minutes of my actual appointment time. Sometimes I get in early, sometimes on time, and sometimes a small delay. The staff remembers us when we come so we don't feel like just a random patient. It's easy to schedule appointments in advance or last minute, I've gone in for same day scheduled stuff. On the app, MyChart, I get LIGHTNING SPEED responses. I recently needed documents for school enrollment, reached out to the doctor and had the documents I needed ready to be printed in 5 minutes!! I have NEVER had any other office have that kind of response. Our family sees an allergy specialist, endocrinology specialist, orthopedic specialist, and cardiologist specialist to to mention my regular doctors and dentist. NO one has given me the quality service that Dr. Shenoy and his office has. If he is unable to see us his associates fill in and get us taken care of too. It's just all around great and I don't even care that I moved further away I will continue going to this office. The only thing I could complain about would be the parking. It's not always the easiest to get a close spot which is what I want when I'm lugging around 4 boys and a diaper bag! Anyways, Thank you so much Dr. Shenoy you and your team are AWESOME! "I would give negative stars if I could. My daughter was coughing for a month and a half and I needed answers. I assured him it wasn’t covid. He still pushed for a covid test and I never got any call back. He kept talking over me and now I’m frustrated that my daughter is still coughing and I wasted my time coming in when I could’ve went to see somebody else who could’ve helped me instead."

"Being used to pediatricians that are generally caring and attentive as they are dealing with young patients and worried parents, Dr Shenoy was a shock to the system. He rushed the appointment, talked over us, couldn't comprehend our concerns, and shuttled us out without any resolution. Terrible experience."
