"They are very busy at the pharmacy, almost all day everyday. I used to work there 20 some years ago and it was crazy back then. You just need patience they do do a good job and I love Susie the pharmacist!"

"Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Been trying to get a prescription here for 2 weeks but keep having endless problems. It’s about a 30 minute drive for me to get here but I originally had my prescription sent here because it was the only pharmacy nearby with it in stock, big mistake, I should have just waited for my local pharmacy to restock it. I went in 3 separate times for my prescription and still never received it. The first time it was a problem with insurance but they couldn’t provide any specific details, so then I sorted it out with my doctor, called the pharmacy to make sure everything was cleared up and went back, when I arrived they still said there an issue with insurance even though on the phone they said everything was fine so I left again and worked with my doctor to make sure everything was fine and called again to make sure there would be no issues with the prescription and was again told that it was ready and good to go so I drive to the pharmacy for the 3rd time and then there extremely rude pharmacist refused to give me the prescription because I could not list every dose of the medication I had taken before. I couldn’t remember it off the top of my head and they didn’t have a record there because I had gone through a different pharmacy previously due to stocking issues. I asked her why no one mentioned my needing this information on the phone when I called and verified the prescription was ready and she was rude and told me they don’t ask those kinds of questions on the phone. Not once did anyone apologize for the massive inconvenience of having to drive there 3x or sit on the phone for 30+ minutes multiple times, the rudest and worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. If I acted like any of these people did at my job I would have been fired a long time ago."

"Zero stars. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with, bar none. Incompetent on every level. Three different people = three different stories, explanations, lies?? The store is fine, the pharmacy staff are horrendous. Nobody to blame but myself for remaining a customer for so long, but transferring my prescriptions elsewhere felt fantastic!"

"If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star review I would. The staff are rude and hang up on you after being on hold for over 10 minutes. Not only that, but they have attitudes with you immediately when they answer. Worst customer service I’ve experienced and it’s literally my career so it’s disgusting to see this type of behavior. If you don’t like your job than quit, no need to take it out on people just trying to get their meds, or calling with legitimate questions. It’s also extremely hard to even get anyone on the phone."

"The next closest walgreens is only 10 minutes from this one. Do yourself a favor and go there. I spent twenty minutes in the drive through behind 3 cars. Not one car went through in that time. I then left and went inside. I waited 10 minutes to get the prescription that has been waiting since last friday. To then be told well the pharmacist has to speak with you shes giving vaccines you will have to wait should only be a minute. Mind you i just had this prescription a month ago. They then tell the next person in the drive through that has waited 30 minutes that she should just pull around because the pharmacist needs to speak with her too. They were astonished when she said no not that i can blame her after waiting 30 minutes to just get to the window. Well i waited another 15 minutes for the pharmacist to then start asking me about allergies and my medical history. I just had this a month ago and my doctor prescribed it to me so im not allergic. I just want my prescription. If I could at any way order this online i would have. The mail would have been quicker and less of a hassle."
