"Extremely Rude. I gave her the name for the prescription and she answered back by saying she didn’t speak Spanish. Twice what is going on Costco why do you hire people that don’t wanna be here. I’m letting you know here than make a scene for everyone to see. in all the years I’ve been coming here since you opened I have never had somebody make me feel this way. It’s a new lady working. All the other staff is amazing. Her name is Tisha. Please move her or fire her."

"Called me repeatedly and left no messages. After 3 days they finally left a message about a rx that was ready for pickup. I didnt order anything so I called back within 2 minutes of the message. For at person picked up and asked "Can you please hold thank you *hold music*". After 5 minutes someone else picked up and at least waited for me to say yes when asked to hold. After another 5 minutes a robotic voice said "goodbye" and hung up."
