Sam's Club,

"I have been a member of Sam’s Club for years. It is the only gas I use and I primarily visit the Gardena location. Most of the staff is so nice and helpful as I am in a wheelchair. On tonight 1/30/24 I encountered an older lady I have encountered previously, I do not know her name as she doesn’t wear a name tag, it never fails that she is rude and questions why I can’t get my motorized wheelchair out and pump my own gas."

"Probably the worse Sam's Club I've been to. There is never any carts inside the store. so word of advice if you unfortunately find yourself here, grab a cart in the parking lot before you go in, because apparently no one collects the carts there. Once you find yourself inside, you can only expect disappointment.. The layout inside is the worst. They position the shelving in the manner where a column land right in the middle of the aisle, so if you’re not paying attention, as in looking for items, you will crash right into them. A simple adjustment at the initial layout would have completely eliminated this. But now it would be a major operation, not impossible to accomplish. But I’m guessing their risk management team deemed it an acceptable condition and the cost of restructuring outweighed the risks of injury and lawsuits. Even to leave becomes a greater ordeal, because of narrow passage ways and slow attendants at the exit. Causing a bottle neck. So if you have any value for your time, I would it spend that time in travel to an alternate club for a better in store experience. I will never return to this club, and all those whom find themselves reading this should heed my warning."
