"The website and sign in front gate says” 30 minute lunch break “!! It’s a Sunday and I first walked in at 13:05, to find the pharmacy closed… Went out to the car and waited…. It’s now 13:48!! I think ‘MY’ math is correct… that’s 43 minutes!! They should at least post a sign as to when they’ve left or will return!! I’ll post again, when they open!! They finally opened at 14:00… a 55 minute lunch break…"
"This pharmacy needs help. Tried calling in the prescriptions on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. Tried faxing fax would not go thru. Finally spoke with the very rude pharmacist she hung up before I gave her the prescriptions saying there phones were not working properly. This is a business and I'm sure working phones are essential . They need an overhaul on professionalism and manners."

"I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for a couple of months now and every time I do, they are out of my medicine and have to order it or there is some other issue. Today I used their automated phone service to order some refills early in the morning then called to check if it was ready later in the day and was told that the phone system was out and I would have to come in and check if the medicine was ready. So I waited an hour or so to give them some extra time and went there to see if they had filled my prescriptions yet. The clerk told me that they could not fill the prescriptions today because the phones were down and they needed to call my doctor and had no idea when the phones would be working again. When I asked him if they would be filled tomorrow he acted irritated and said he did not know. He never asked if I would be ok without my medicine until tomorrow and the whole time the phones were ringing in the pharmacy and the other clerk was answering them! This place is really bad!"
