Bison Rock

"A beautiful day, you can picnic on a rock on the trail or on either end. Plenty of bathrooms on either end ( north or south) the scenery is outstanding, such awesome rock formations. A hearty climb on both sides but one side does offer a path through the rocks near the lake. Dig friendly"

"Very cool restaurant. It has an awesome large outdoor area for eating/relaxing/waiting. There's a grass area with lots of seating and a large sunken area with a fire to stay warm. Dogs are welcome! There were so many dogs in the outside area. The food was very good. The service was also good. It's a very popular place with a full parking lot."

"East Bluff trail is gorgeous! Lots of geology and trees! Beautiful views of devil's lake throughout the hike! Wonderful trails all over the entire park and a nice beach! Highly recommend this state park!! Well put together trails and hiking, well maintained and improved."

"We went there in the end of March and it was very cold but absolutely worth it! This was my first time in this area and I have to say the hike was absolutely amazing! Be prepared to bring water and snacks with you, because at this time of the year there is nothing open around it."
