San Carlo Townhomes

"Waiting on San Carlo to make things right. Our current lease is ending and with lack of a solid date may leave us having to look for another place to live with very little notice this is an incredible burden to us. Been waiting since September of last year. We got to learn from our friends whom we referred to the townhomes that they got to move in this week. They were shocked that we weren't able to move in since we have been waiting longer than them. Not sure how that happened. Maybe they got a unit someone else had to back out of because they were waiting so long. We were told our building is waiting to be "approved". have no idea what that means but its not a problem a tenant should have to worry about. We've never experienced such an unstable situation before. We did our part many months ago."

"My husband and I will be moving in a unit soon, yesterday I met with Jenn and Vanessa to view the unit one last time before we move in and might I say Jenn the Manager is the best! She’s kind and considerate and keeps me updated on the progress on the completion date via email and even by phone. Jenn is down to earth and keeps it simple on what’s going on.
