"I recycle and I go there to recycle and the manager or the maintenance manager is very cool he allows me because I cleaned up my mess I clean up everybody else's mess that leaves your trash there and there are very awesome people I really appreciate them for helping me out because nowadays things are hard and you got to do things to get ahead so recycling is what I do and I'm proud of it and I'm proud to be recycling in Royal Palm Apartments because their management is excellent I like to clean up because they're so I mean I just cleaned up cuz that's me I give him three thumbs up"

"Actually been here 12 years.. want say her name but manager the best of the best.. and assignment... they both there when you need assistance... Not like others places that find any reason to boot u out.. Its a nice quite place.. able to walk and not get drama.. all bad people get ran out of here... I have much Respect for L... the manager and P the assistant manager.. and PLANNING of staying here many more years... Kory L"

"I have been here since 1992 its not bad it has some problems every once and a while. Like everywhere it takes a community to look out for each other. I have never had any problems with the staff. Any time there is anything that needs to be taken care of they get right on it."

"Run!Run! Run! These apartments are ok for the area. However, the management staff is terrible, the manager herself is okay.but her staff is unprepared, ill- knowledged, and most of all LAZY. (assistant manager is the worst) If anything goes wrong the apartment they only fix minor infraction such as light bulb change But seriously i had a clogged toilet for months and when they finally came out to fix it the "maintaince man" came with a plugger and got mad when that didnt work. Then proceded to tell me if he had to " do more work" (his words) it would be @ my expense. Plenty of things wore out in the first two months and now I have to move do to the mold infestion. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not even for the price, its better to just keep looking."

"Let's just say we got robbed the 2nd week we moved in. Someone broke one of our widows at night a month after we moved in. For a while all was good. Then they stole the plates on the car while we left on a trip for the weekend. Then broke into the car a week before we moved out. To finish it off the lady who rented us the apartment lied. Never got our dog deposit back. Never got our carpet cleaning! Never gave us credit for overpaying one of the months. Instead charged us more in the end! And threaten to charge us for even more things if we kept confronting her about all the credit we had. Plus security doesn't do anything. Just walk around and act like they are doing something. It was nice at first but they screwed us over in the end.. left after a year and half."
