"Stopped for diesel Sept 28 at 3PM Men’s bathroom was dirty gross I had to clean the toilet seat,and flush the previous mega load clean, the floor was sticky and full of flies. The hand wash paper dispenser was broken. Urinary full of stuff that shouldn’t be there. Most Kwik Trip are very clean, but this one was NOT!!"

"Being grumpy to every patron because you’re short staffed is a terrible strategy to recruit employees. It’s not the patrons fault you’re short staffed, so don’t take it out on them. Avoid this KT imho. Had an unpleasant visit today where the manager wouldn’t even help authorize/troubleshoot a gas pump."

"Wow they were really nice to me. They let me pump my gas after I charged it on a credit card, and told me that if I didn't use the $65 I charged that it would automatically go back on my card. No one has ever told me this before. They help me pick out something to eat, and we're generally very pleasant. These folks are really nice!!!"

"Very surprised at the selection of not just gas station snacks. Actual fresh groceries and other necessary supplies (meat/veggies). Very helpful for long term accommodation at the local hotels! Clean, and easy, what you would expect from a gas station, with the extra bonus of some groceries."
