I’m a huge fan of the technology free zone, enviro conservationism, art/crafts, and fishing/outdoorsman ship oriented camp for children. I would urge any parent looking to improve their child’s environmental awareness, self-confidence, and lagging social skills/team building skills to send there child to SNC. "The camp in Minong WI is well organized, transparent, and a positive experience for our two children aged 8 and 10 for whom this was their first camping experience without family. The organizers did a good job of describing in writing on the website and emails as well as through videos what our children could expect to experience. This made the decision to enroll and the transition on drop off low-risk and seamless. The counsellors were well chosen and a good fit for the ethos of the camp. Their covid protocols were defined, nicely balanced and effective in preventing transmission. It was rustic, nature oriented, supported independence/confidence building, reasonable values, and was a nice place for them to make new friends. There was a nice balance of structure and free time to allow for self exploration and development without being too regimented. This was our kids' first experience at the camp, and they would like to go again next year for longer."

"Swift Nature Camp is the best decision we have ever made for our son's independence, confidence and willingness to try and learn new things. 2019 will be his seventh summer at SNC and he is looking ahead to the day he will be a counselor. He has beloved friends he has met at SNC, and looks forward all year long to seeing them every summer. Jeff and Lonnie are amazing camp directors. Their caring, enthusiastic attitudes, wholesome ideals, and hands-on approach are some of the reasons I am happy to trust them with my son every summer.
