"Very clean and organized! Happy and helpful staff. Will come back for sure!"
"I agree that the manager is not a people person. She definitely needs to go. She thinks she the answer to success but the company won't do anything about it. They're making money. It's to bad cause there are some good people that work there."
"Purses and jewelry are overpriced. Occasionally a good find here. A lot of older clothing from the 80s and 90s. The staff are really nice though. They always seem hard at work."
"Store manager (Patricia) is horribly rude. We loaded a table in the car, and didn’t have the chairs because they didn’t fit. Boyfriend said we can come right back. Her response, “we’ve heard that before” and then told my boyfriend because it wasn’t assembled and they have enough stuff they would accept the table. Once I called to try and understand why it wasn’t accepted she said because the table was wet from moving it into the car ( it was raining). We could have wiped it off, or if she kindly said it’s because it’s wet that would have been okay and we would have thrown I away. People kindly donate their stuff to these place because they want to help. Not to get store managers who are rude and have an attitude. I don’t understand why even the response to me calling couldn’t have been I apologize how I explained it we just can’t accept furniture that is wet. Instead she even gave me an attitude. Not how a store manager or and adult should respond to people donating. I know people won’t acknowledge this but I’ll donate to a better place than this with people who can kindly explain why they can’t accept a donation."
"I come here at-least once a week and I hate the pricing. It’s all over the place. Furniture items are the worst, way over priced.( Goodwill has the best price for furniture) Baby clothes are the best prices in town so I’ll give them that! Employees are very kind and I’ll keep coming back hoping for a better deal."
