"The teachers just aren't involved in children's behavior or helping then learn. My son was struggling and I was sent a video of his "behavior" from their cameras then I went in upset as another child was clearly instigating the situation and they said "yeah after we sent that to you we realized we should have caught that" NO APOLOGY...... I was given other children's names on several occasions... high staff turnover..... all things that can affect a child yet he was removed due to his behavior.... extremely disappointed in the way his time there was towards the end."

"Lack of communication from teachers and administration. My child was only enrolled 6 days. I was told multiple days later about a concern instead of the day anything happened. I asked multiple times for access to brightstar app link. Because thats where they could send me something. Or text or call. They had all my info if something needed immediate attention. But nothing. My childs last day was when I picked her up 30 min early. So 11:30 instead of noon. I got there and 3-4 teachers and kids were in the classroom eating lunch. My child was sitting in milk soaked clothes. I mean soaked. Wet shirt and soggy pants. As I was walking her out to our car I smelled poop. As a toddler accidents happen. No biggie. But i asked her when she pottied. She said outside. Ok. So 11 was outside playtime before lunch. Later on I spoke with Joan the owner and asked why my child was let sit in soaked clothes and poop? We had pullups and changes of clothes there. She informed me that the staff cleans the kids up before naptime. I asked when naptime is? She said noon. So in what world is it ok to let a child knowingly sit in soaked clothes and a messy diaper for an hour? She didn't have a good reason why this was allowed to happen. And the teachers seemed more concerned with eating thier own food when I picked her up more than anything. Im not paying for neglect. My child at home would not be left in soaked clothes or dirty pullup for an extended period of time. And i expect at a daycare that would be the same. We heard great things about this place- but everyone we spoke to said it was he previous owner. During that phone call the owner said she would send me my invoice for the 6 days she was there. I have received nothing still. Im glad I pulled her out when I did. The lack of communication was a noticeably consistent factor."
