"Living here has been a terrible experience; we are paying for a 2 bedroom apartment while only having access to 1 bedroom as the other has been inhabitable since December ( I am writing this in March). When there are maintenance issues, the staff doesn't seem to care and the issues are not resolved in a timely matter."

"THEY DELETED MY FIRST REVIEW. Would be a zero if I could make it one. We have never received our refund from our deposit. The place was always overflowing with trash. The office was never open; we had to get money ordered to to pay rent 4 times living there because the payment system was down. The apartment was supposedly "upgraded" but there was black mold everywhere, we had to spray for roaches ourselves nearly every week. We were harassed by neighbors. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place."

"I have lived here for three years. The biggest issue I had was that the master bedroom leaked for the first two years I was here with one attempt to fix the leak. After the start of the third year all the roofs in the complex were fixed/being fixed. They are still in the process of getting this done. The complex just went through a change in property management. Maintenance is good. Always has a fix for the issue at hand and always in a timely manner. In office staff are friendly and always willing to address questions and concerns anyone may have. Management on the other hand is none of those things. Extremely unprofessional and never reachable. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response from a message I left for her. Policy changes have occurred from the start, I guess that is to be expected with the change. Parking is joke. Everyone gets their spots apon renting and you are able to be put on a waiting list for extra spots. But there is no guest/extra parking. The tow company they use is very aggressive and will harass tenants. I watched them try to tow a moving truck while the new tenants were in the process of unloading it. Security is a drive through set up so not on site. I have only seen them a hand full of times. This complex is a safe one my only issue is we will get vagrants coming through the trash for bottles and cans but will leave the place a mess. Overall the property isn't the worst but not the greatest either."

"Rip off. They tried taking all of my deposit for saying carpet needed to be replaced after trying to clean it. I called the company and they never touch the carpet to clean it. They just replaced the entire carpet just because and expected me to pay for it. I fought it and called them out on it. Worst apartment experience of my life. Happened years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday. After seeing the reviews it looks like I wasn't the only one with a bad experience."
