"POTENTIAL TENANT'S - READ ALL THE REVIEWS! - roaches, excessive towing, vandalism, etcetera I emailed a request for a tenant verification. I received a string of "I can't answer that question according to our policy." I called and the office manager said the same. She kept saying we can't answer (Basic landlord questions) any questions due to our policy. In 30 years of renting my properties I have NEVER come across anything like this. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can only imagine how they treat tenants. Good luck."
"I have seen all the negative reviews and read a few of them. But my experience has been quite the opposite at the Gallery Apartments. I have never had a bad experience with management or anyone. The maintenance team has been awesome, especially Eric who came the following morning when I placed a maintenance order. The leasing agent Jose was very professional and kind. Been here for 5-6 months the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I heard the previous manager was the problem. The new manager Solange and her team have been awesome to my family and I. Overall, the Gallery has been good to us."
